What is the return/refund policy?
All sales are final for prints, stickers, bookmarks, mail club items, and original paintings. I don't accept returns or exchanges on these.
Refunds:
Damaged items: if your item arrives damaged, contact me within 5 business days with photos and I'll send a replacement or a refund.
Lost packages: since orders currently ship without tracking, I'm unable to verify delivery status. If your package hasn't arrived within 2 weeks of your order date, contact me with your order number and I'll send a replacement. Refunds aren't offered for lost packages, only replacements, and I ask that lost package claims be reported within 7 days of that window.
Mail club cancellations: if you cancel mid-cycle, there's no refund for the period already paid, but you won't be charged for future mailings.
FAQs about shipping
Currently shipping to Canada & US only.
The Astral Scrolls Post: All the mail goes out between the 25th to 30th of the month. It will arrive to you within the first or the second week of the following month. Shipped using untracked letter-mail.
Prints, bookmarks, stickers: Shipped within 3-5 days of your order. These currently ship via untracked letter-mail, hence expect delivery within 2 weeks after shipping.
Original paintings: Shipped within 5 days of your order. Tracked shipping. You will get a notification once your order is delivered.
Can I order a custom painting?

How often do I receive something?
Once a month. Mail goes out between the 25th and 30th, arriving during the first or second week of the following month.
What do I receive?
1 Art print, 2 stickers, and 1 collector's card
Can I cancel anytime?
Cancel before the 10th of each month to avoid being charged for the next month's mail.
Is it a subscription? or a one time purchase?
You can choose either option: a recurring monthly subscription that auto-renews until cancelled, or a one-time prepaid term (e.g. 3 months, 6 months) with no auto-renewal after it ends.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
