Refund policy
Thank you for supporting my small art business! Since everything here is made and shipped by me personally, here's how returns and refunds work:
Prints & Sticker Sheets
All sales are final on prints and sticker sheets. Because of the nature of these items, I'm unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 5 days of delivery at userlikestopaint@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. I'll happily send a replacement or issue a refund.
Original Paintings
I want you to love your original piece! If it's not quite right for you, I accept returns on original paintings within 7–14 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The piece must be returned in its original condition and packaging
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
- Please contact me at userlikestopaint@gmail.com before sending anything back, so I know it's on its way
- Once I receive and inspect the piece, I'll issue a refund to your original payment method (shipping costs are non-refundable)
Damaged or Defective Items
If any item, print, sticker sheet, or original painting arrives damaged, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and packaging. I'll take care of it with a replacement or refund, no return necessary.
Exchanges
I don't currently offer exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please place a new order.
